Caroline Hamilton-Gillis

A little bit about me:

My husband and I reside in Bedford, Nova Scotia with our cheeky little daughter Sienna. I am a Fine Arts teacher by day and a Photorealist painter by night.

I was fortunate enough to study my craft at NSCAD University where I earned my BFA specializing in Painting and Art History. After that I moved on to Australia where I studied Secondary Education in Fine Arts.  Since then I have had the opportunity to teach Art and develop my own practice in many different places around the world before coming home to Canada.

My Art work is a reflection of my curiosity and imagination.  I am constantly inspired by new ideas and forever playing around with images that I have come across in my everyday adventures.
